Along with her day-to-day responsibilities, Faith is responsible for the 24-hour Crisis Hotline, staff and volunteer training, Community and School Education programs, public relations, statistics and record keeping and she participates in the fundraising efforts to support the program.

Faith has served the local community mental health services since 1991 as an Intake Coordinator and Case Manager for Desert Counseling Clinic, Case Manager for Memorial Center and as Recovery Specialist for Kern County Mental Health.
